DOORS Baseline issue

HI All,

I am facing a problem during baseline creation, it says that this baseline already exists but i am not able to see any baseline with this revision.

Current baseline i am looking to create is 92.9 and last baseline is 92.8 which is visible in my browser but whenever i am trying to create this 92.9 it throws error(see attached picture).

if anyone have come across this problem please let me know what would be the possible solution for the same.

I would check to make sure that module isn't part of an open baseline set. That is the only thing I can think of right now.
